GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: FLSA: Hourly  

Supports District, schools, and principals in their effort to foster an optimal educational environment for students. Assists the Directors of Teaching and Learning with all student data needs including importing and exporting of student, teacher, and school level data to and from assessment and curricular software. Organize student and teacher data for communication with school sites, administration and staff.

 

 

MAJOR TASKS:

Teaching and Learning Duties:

  • Website support requests from teachers
  • Website development and page design
  • Weekly regular website accuracy reviews
  • Manage website support requests
  • Prepare website help documents
  • Administrative support for Director

 

Technology Department Duties:

·        Student roster file uploads for all programs

·        Student account maintenance

·        Technology inventory management

·        Assist with mobile device management deployment

·        Administrative support for Director

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

·        Two years post high school education, BA preferred

·        Strong writing skills

·        Knowledge of the use of computers, Microsoft Office and Google Applications, advanced Excel experience preferred

·        Social media experience preferred

·        Blackboard/Schoolwires experience preferred

·        Chrome management and Apple deployments
